Introducing A New Cuisine To Anchorage 

Seoul Casa opened in the Summer of 2018 in Anchorage, Alaska introducing the community to Korean-Mexican Fusion cuisine. A unique taste that combines the heartiness of Korean Barbecue and bold flavors of Mexican cuisine. 

The challenge? 

The Seoul Casa  team was confident in their exceptional service and food but  the community has not always been so open to unfamiliar cuisines. 

Partners Digital Marketing came in to help build brand awareness and also bring more people in to try the food using Facebook advertising. Utilizing the unique cuisine as a message for the community to break out of the usual dining experience and try something new. 

Branding services were also provided through logo design and marketing material to be used for interior design, gift certificates, and online social media posts. 

 

Partners Digital Marketing worked with Seoul Casa on a marketing campaign focused on building brand awareness and also bringing people in to try the food.  A two-phased Facebook Advertising campaign was implemented to build brand awareness and also bring in people to try the food with a free appetizer with the purchase of two entrees. 

 

Results

Phase One: Brand Awareness 

57,898 Impressions(number of times the advertisement showed up on a screen) were generated between September – October 2018.

4,010 Ad Recall Lift ( Number of people likely to remember the advertisement if asked within two days).

Phase Two: Lead Generation with Digital Coupon Offer

A free appetizer was offered with the purchase of two entrees.

22,811 Impressions(number of times the advertisement showed up on a screen) were generated from October – November 2018. 

427 Landing Page Views (Number of people who clicked the advertisement and ended up on the website to redeem the free coupon).

144 People submitted their contact information and claimed the free coupon. 

A whopping 590% times the Return On Ad Spend. The advertisement brought in $5.9 dollars for every dollar spent.

Design & Branding

Partners Digital Marketing focused on showcasing the unique traits of a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant. Using references from both cultures for an image that left a playful and youthful impression.

The idea of Korean-Mexican food was completely new to the community, and Partners Digital Marketing worked to create an inviting impression that also encouraged the visitors to try something new and fresh.

Employee shirts were designed along with gift certificates.
